Thank you for considering Holy Cross Regional Catholic School for your educational and spiritual purposes. We are encouraged with your interest in our school and excited about the possibilities of including you in the Holy Cross School family.

Plan a visit

Your first step should be to come visit us. We are located at 2125 Langhorne Road in Lynchburg, Virginia. You are encouraged to come and meet with our admission director and take a tour of our facility. At that time, she will be able to answer any questions you may have. You can call the main office at 434-847-5436 to set up a time that is convenient for you. Following the tour you will receive our school information folder which will include an application. An application is also available in PDF format to view and print using Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Records

Transcripts and student records should be sent to Holy Cross to provide us with an adequate academic profile.

Assessment Requirements

After completing an application, you will need to call to schedule a time for your student to take the assessment instrument. There is a $50 non-refundable assessment fee. After the assessment procedure, the admissions team will review the assessment test along with transcripts and student records. The admissions team in conjunction with the administrative team will make a final decision in regards to admission.

Decisions

Decisions are made on a rolling basis by the admissions committee. You will receive verbal and/or written notification. Once you have received notification, to hold your spot in the class you will need to pay a $300 registration fee.
