Fall 2010 Registration Process
For New Holy Cross Students
Process for New Students:
· If you are interested in enrolling a student for Fall 2010, please complete an application for adminssion.
· Pre-Kindergarten applications and Kindergarten – Twelfth Grade applications are available in the Enrollment Office. (Contact Pat LeDonne, Director of Enrollment)
· Assessment testing for students will begin in March.
Process for New Students After Admitted to Holy Cross:
· Please submit the non-refundable enrollment deposit. (One enrollment deposit per family and not per student.)
o $250.00 deposit (per family) if received before Wednesday, March 31, 2010.
o $300.00 deposit (per family) if received before Monday, June 14, 2010.
o Late fees for registrations received after June 14th
(Staffing and class scheduling is impacted with late summer registrations so we are moving our process earlier in efforts to better serve students and families.)
Process for Applying for Financial Aid
o FACT, Inc. determines expected family contribution and financial need for the Diocese and Holy Cross. (This organization is used by most private schools in Virginia.)
o Completed application and required credentials (copies of tax returns etc.) are due at the processing center before May 1st. To guarantee arrival and processing, we recommendfiling/mailing before April 15th.
o Financial aid will be awarded as soon as processed results are received from Facts, Inc. (late May/early June).
Please contact Pat LeDonne to schedule your child’s 30 minute placement interview. Applications for admission and placement fee ($50.00) must be received before the placement interview.
