TUITION FOR SIBLINGS
Families will receive a $250 discount for the second child enrolled and a $500 discount for the third child enrolled.  Any additional children from one family will attend tuition-free.  A fee of $400 for school insurance, books and materials, and technology for each non-tuition-paying child in K-12 is required. 

FINANCIAL AID
Financial Aid is need-based and available for all families regardless of religious affiliation.  The need per family will be determined based on results calculated by FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment service.  Interested families must apply on-line at factstuitionaid.com.  FACTS must receive applications and all supporting documentation by March 1, 2012 for returning students. 

PAYMENT PLANS            
    
1.        Payment in full by July 2, 2012.
     2.       Semi-annual – half of tuition paid by July 2, 2012, with second half paid by January 2, 2013. 
     3.       Monthly payments through FACTS, over 10 months (beginning September) or 12 months
               (beginning July). 

PARISH TUITION
In order to receive parish rates, your pastor must verify that you are a practicing Catholic family in your selected Catholic Parish.  The school will contact the pastors for verification purposes. 

COLLEGE DUAL-ENROLLMENT
Students will pay Holy Cross the discounted tuition cost for dual-enrollment classes through CVCC.  Students will pay the college directly for courses taken at Lynchburg College. 

ON-LINE COURSES
Students will pay a fee for on-line courses.  Fees vary with on-line provider, and parents will be informed of the cost prior to registration for the course.

Registration Fee:

All families will pay a $300 non-refundable registration fee ($250 if paid by March 31).  This fee covers all students in the family. 

    
Application Fee: Students who are new to the school will complete an application and pay $50 to cover assessment testing.
    
Driver Education Fee: $125.00
    
Graduation Fee:  $125.00
    
Lunch (estimated):  $2.50 - $4.50 per day
    
Athletic Fee:

$100.00 each per sport for 1-2 student(s)
$50.00 for additional sibling(s) participating in a sport that season.
$50.00 Spring season sport fee if student  participated in a Fall and Winter sport.

    
Retreat Fee: $50.00 - $125.00 pending grade

Financial Aid is available by applying online through FACTS, Inc., an agency used by most private schools in Virginia. FACTS determines expected family contribution and financial need for the Diocese and for Holy Cross School.  Financial Aid is awarded as soon as processed  results are received by the school from FACTS.

• Your completed application and required supporting documentation (copies of tax returns, etc.) must be received at the processing center by March 1, 2012
