For families with more than three students enrolled, the family will pay tuition for only the three oldest students.

Registration /Entrance Assessment Fees

A $300.00 per family non-refundable registration fee for current students is due at the time of re-registration. The registration fee will be discounted by $50.00 for families who register on/or before March 31st. A late fee may be added for registrations received after June 15th. New students/families must pay a $50.00 non-refundable per student assessment fee at the time of testing and the family registration fee upon acceptance.

Parish Tuition: In order to receive parish rates (Catholic Tuition), your Pastor must verify that you are a practicing Catholic family in your selected Catholic Parish. The school will contact the pastors for verification purposes.

Volunteer Commitment:  The school relies on every family to help meet its objectives.  WE NEED YOU!  This commitment will be discussed at the new school year orientation meetings.  Volunteers must meet the Diocese of Richmond clearance requirements and regulations in order to volunteer.  All volunteers coming to school must report to the office to sign in and pick up a school identification badge. Thank you for helping us keep our expenses to a minimum by volunteering your time and talents.

School Bus Service:  Bus service is available with a minimum of 15 students each way to Bedford.  The annual cost to provide this service is:

Athletic Fee:

$100.00 each per sport for 1-2 student(s)
$  50.00 for additional sibling(s)
    participating in a sport that season.
$  50.00 Spring season sport fee if student
    participated in a Fall and Winter sport.
 

Retreat Fee: $50.00 - $125.00 pending grade

Resource Program:  A family may be required to pay additional fees or tuition depending upon the resource services and duration.

No family will be considered for financial assistance without the required completed application from FACTS. This information must be received before the FACTS deadline.

All tuition and financial responsibilities must be fulfilled before a student will be allowed to enroll or attend Holy Cross Regional School.
