Kroger Gift Cards-A Great Way to help Holy Cross 

This is one of the easiest ways for our school to earn money ever imagined.  The best part about it is that you do not have to spend a dime more than you are already spending on anything.  The Holy Cross PTO is partnering with Kroger grocery stores in the Kroger Cares Program.  This program is very simple:

• Purchase Kroger Cares card from the PTO for $5.00 (they are pre-loaded with a credit of $5.00.
• The next time you shop at a Kroger store, stop by customer service and load additional funds on your card (you can also do this at any staffed checkout register).
• You can use cash, check, debit or credit card.
• Pay for your purchase with your Kroger Cares card (you use the card like any other credit or debit card).
• Any time the balance on the card runs low, just reload it with additional funds.
• Holy Cross earns 5% of all purchases using the Kroger Cares Card.
• If you like using a credit card to purchase grocery items because of the premiums awarded by your credit card company, just use your credit card to add funds to your Kroger Cares card and continue to earn your credit card awards.
• You can still use your Kroger Plus card which gives you discounts and earns valuable merchandise for the school.
• Use the cards year-round.

If every Holy Cross family spent just $25.00 a week on grocery store items, we would earn over $16,000 a year.  Cards will be available at selected basketball games and at the next PTO meeting in January.  You may purchase one for yourself, your spouse, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and anyone else who might visit a Kroger store.  What a great idea for college students.  It is better than sending money; at least you know they will be eating.  Please help Holy Cross School by participating in this simple but valuable fund raising program.
